As a certified QDSC, Sword & Shield is one of only a few companies in the Southeastern US authorized to provide assessment and audit services to the Payment Card Industry (PCI). Sword & Shield security assessment services will help ensure merchants and service providers who process, store, or transmit payment card information have effective security controls in place to prevent compromise or exposure of this sensitive data.

Where We Offer Services
We work with customers in the U.S. and abroad, either on-site, over the Internet or by telephone. With headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, we fly our engineers where they're needed. We have performed remote services in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and South Korea. Support contracts are typically by phone, but can include an on-site component.
SecureHQ.com E-Commerce Division
In 1999 Sword & Shield moved into the e-commerce arena with SecureHQ.com, the first Web site to exclusively sell network security products. SecureHQ offers the largest selection of network security products anywhere. Implementing a secure e-commerce system has given us real-world experience in securing financial data on the Internet.
